Grilled dorade

The Dutch summer didn't bring the mediterranean
weather so far.. , but a small piece of the taste could also
do some wonders..

So menu of the day: Fresh fish (Dorade) + artichoke
and fennel, added with loads of olive oil with
garlic and fennelseeds.







As desert some cheese from the Pyrenees.

Summer in Holland is not that bad ;-)
