Ireland was being battered by 50+ft waves and Mullaghmore was the place to be, even if you’re windsurfer. Tim Mullen got himself properly tubed by a Mullaghmore monster – for a few split seconds anyway. There can’t be that many windsurfers ever who’ve had a wipeout like this – utterly destroyed by a giant barrel, eating board, rider, mast and sail, in one huge bite
