I was looking for some more inspiration on the web and figured I would check up on Pistol River Shapes by Brian Peters. He made some inspirational balsa covered custom boards.
I was a bit disappointed to find out there wasn't much going on with Pistol River Shapes lately. So I googled the shaper. But "peters custom" gave some intersting links....
Custom Holsters!!! There is a whole different world out there..... Guess I prefer the customs Brian made.....

Cassolettes
Going through some Brittany pics makes you wanna taste it...
So we tried to make one of our favorite local dishes.
Cassolettes de Saint-Jaques. The killer filler menu after a
long surf session.
The outcome was superb!

My new Flikka boards!
The 84 Mons Fish . Fast, superloose and direct!
Totally made of Textreme. Light, strong and when wet
looking at it makes you paranoid ;-)
Color: a homage to the Klepper 272..
Quad
Mono concave with double concave
Testing the anti slip..
Boards come with superb padz
The slotboxes that are used are made of carbon/hard pvc
Each box is only about 100 gram
This is how we mount footstraps!. 2 Solid bolts!. A Flikka standard!
Make it easy..
One tool (comes with the board) for fins, straps and airvalve.
You can also get a goretex valve.. but that's not my cup of tea
The finbag + extra spare parts.
Yummy...The fins!!
2x set sideshore editions (custom made) and a onshore set.
The 96 Mons Fish. aka the Ile Flottante
The play in the waves with not so much wind board!
2 sets of fins. Side and onshore
A gym in the garden..
The instructor keeps an eye on me..
Never went to a gym or a sportschool...
I prefer a workout that is usefull
not finished yet..
