Interesting 'innovation'

I was reading an interesting thread on swaylocks.com about stepped rails which I've been thinking about for a while allready. Reading this post I cam accross the following project by an English bloke with a quote that I like very much: "The mind is like a parachute - it only works when it is open."

Rumors are it rides very well.
